1. Register online & open an account
You can register online and create an account with us in minutes. This will enable you to make money transfers and manage your transactions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As part of the registration process, you will need to provide us some basic information about you, along with your reasons for transferring money.
2. Real-time quote
Our system will give you a live quote, based on your remittance information. This will ensure that you know exactly how much your recipient will receive in the chosen currency and also the fee payable on the transaction.
3. Beneficiary/ recipient information
If you decide to make a remittance based on the quote, you need to provide us with the following information:
- Country where you are sending money
- Currency and the amount you are sending
- Name of beneficiary, plus their bank account details and contact information
4. Payment
You can make your payment to us for the full amount of the quote, including any fees, by debit card or bank transfer.
